meeting of 14
That evening, we have jointly prepared a workshop and a lecture on mediation of Eve, they where children under the Children's University some Days has held later. The aim of the workshop was to teach children the basics of the Dispute Settlement: What exactly is a mediator makes a school? And what exactly makes a good mediator? The results of the workshop were then presented during the lecture in the auditorium. In our group we have reflected together on methods and settings that help to achieve sustainable and involve the audience. Especially against the background that Christopher was under the mediation day, give a lecture in Hamburg, and Renate had to prepare a seminar for all participants, this was a fruitful evening.

How Do I Alter Pants That Are Too Big
meeting of 17 April 2010 March 2010-quality matrix
At our last meeting we have once again given the quality matrix. This time we have a current case in which two members are arguing families for over 16 years by the leadership of a large sports and leisure complex, prepared as a role-playing. The Auftagsklärung with the quality matrix was found to be in practice more difficult than expected. Insbesodere the formulation of the common goal was difficult, so we had to clarify again what we Vesteh below the target. The destination set is the one in the clarification of issues and the other from behind the overall target. Then the mediator asked the scores for each of the parties Points, respectively. We were surprised to see how well it works, this form of contract clarification in the role play. The protagonists experienced the scale issues are not - as many of us feared - as annoying and methodically, rather than clarifying and de-escalating. Also important was the question of the distribution de responsibility that was clarifying for both parties and for the mediator.
Conclusion: This very systematic approach is recommended for highly escalated conflicts well.
