Our first meeting after the summer break was again interesting as well as enriching. We have been working on three cases: First, Peter

briefly presented a case that he is mediating in the coming weeks. The case is to be carried out as a short mediation in co-mediation. Our first topic was: Acquisition of mediation cases between lawyers?
Why is it that lawyers and mediators between themselves forward hardly appropriate mediation cases?
