future - meeting of 24 June
have at our last meeting we discussed the future of our district. In particular, this concerned the question of whether we close our circle of members or not. Some members of our group have a desire for a possible fixed group expressed a confident frame provides for some very personal concerns of the work as mediator in making the subject. There is also the desire to make the group of interdisciplinary and non-attorney mediators with include the background to the group.
As some of the invitation distribution no or only rarely feedback and are often prevented for various reasons, we decided those who do not already participate, for the time being to take out the distributor and for two to three new interested mediators with plenty of practical experience and allows psycho-social background to include in the group. The regular Mitwochstreffen we will use in future only to the specific individual case work. The "old" are of course welcome at any time if they find time again to meet regularly.
addition, we are on individual methodological and communicative Threads in irregular rhythm open evenings and they also offer large public distribution.

On the way to the district court to pick up a Mediation Act, I came to talk with the presiding judge of the chamber. He was skeptical of the Cologne model of law and mediation in particular, doubted the ability of some attorney mediators to Role change. In explanation, he led - along with several unsuccessful mediation process - from, he would always written submissions received by party representatives who strongly escalating, rating and written under his belt, which the authors are headed and according to mediators.
